TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. ("Company") offers Scratch & Win An Assured Gift ("Gift") to all its customers on purchase of Crompton water heater from its authorized dealership during the offer period from 1st November’2026 to 31st January’2027 anywhere in India (except Tamil Nadu). Eligible customers ("end-customers") can avail the winning "Gift" upon fulfilling the terms and conditions mentioned herein. This offer is not valid for channel partners (Dealers, Sales Executives, Dealership, and employees of the Company).
2. This Scratch & Win promotion is a trade promotion scheme offered by the Company. Each eligible purchase entitles the customer to receive a scratch card carrying an assured gift/reward. The nature, type, or value of the reward may vary; however, every participant is assured of a benefit.
3. Participation in this Scratch & Win promotion is absolutely free and optional. Customers are not required to pay any additional charges to participate. The products are available for purchase at the same price, with or without participation in this promotional offer.
4. This offer is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above.
5. The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, modify, suspend or extend the offer, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason therefor.
6. The Company has appointed Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd. ("CNPL") to administer and operate this offer, including verification of eligibility, management of the contest, gift fulfilment and related logistics. The Company acts solely as the promoter of this offer and the gifts, fulfilment process, verification process and logistics are administered by CNPL. The Company's liability, if any, shall be limited to compliance with applicable law and shall not extend to the administration of the contest, gift availability, delivery, quality, merchantability, fitness, warranty, fulfilment or any related operational issues.
7. Customers will be eligible to redeem the gift only after uploading all the required documents and upon our receipt of the same by us.
8. Proof of uploading the required documents does not serve as proof of receipt. Customers will receive an SMS within three working days to confirm the receipt of the documents. If no confirmation is received, customers can call our Helpline No. 80100-99999 from 10:30 am to 05:30 pm on working days (Monday to Friday, except National/Bank Holidays) to check the status of the gift.
9. In order to redeem the gift, eligible customers have to directly upload the following documents at https://www.cromptonldafestiveoffer.com/
   • Scanned image/photo of the Original Scratch Card (full page with manually filled form).
   • Scanned image/photo of the Product Invoice, against which you received this offer.

   Note: Please ensure that all content is clearly visible in the scanned image/photo.

10. All taxes, duties, levies, cess, statutory charges, including applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source, GST or any other governmental charges arising in connection with the gift, shall be solely borne by the customer. Dispatch of the gift may be withheld until such amounts are paid, wherever applicable.
11. The last date to submit your request to redeem the gift is 31st March’2027.
12. The assured gift cannot be substituted, exchanged, or encashed with any other product or service. All sizes of the gifts are standard, and requests for specific sizes, color, design, or style will not be entertained. In the case of electronic products, defects must be reported within one month from the date of gift received by the customer/recipient, as replacements will not be provided after this period. No warranty, guarantee or after-sales obligation in relation to the gift is provided by the Company or CNPL. Any warranty applicable to the gift shall be solely as provided by the respective manufacturer of such gift.
13. No two or more forms can be combined per household/address to avail the offer. Please allow us 4-6 weeks' time to dispatch the gift. Force majeure provisions are applicable. Gift dispatch timelines are indicative only and may vary depending on verification, logistics, availability, force majeure events or circumstances beyond the control of the Company or CNPL.
14. Any suggestions or complaints related to this offer discussed over the telephone will not be considered. All suggestions and complaints must be provided in writing to support@redeemyourgift.com
15. CNPL reserves the right to contact you via any means, including but not limited to call, SMS, email, and automated calls, regarding this offer. This includes receiving gift requests, dispatching the gift, and other related communications. By participating in this offer, the customer expressly consents to being contacted by the Company, CNPL and their authorised representatives through call, SMS, email, WhatsApp or any other communication mode in connection with this offer.
16. Any person taking advantage of this offer does so by fully accepting the terms and conditions. Gift requests that do not comply with the terms and conditions will be disqualified. Illegible, incomplete, invalid, wrongly filled, or manipulated request forms will be rejected. Required documents uploaded by the channel partners to redeem the gift on behalf of the customers may also be rejected. The decision of the Company and/or CNPL regarding eligibility, document verification, gift entitlement, rejection of claim, interpretation of these terms and any matter arising out of this offer shall be final and binding on all participants and shall not be open to challenge.
17. Gifts, Administration and Associated Disclaimers:
    • The gifts available under this Offer may include Cashback of ₹500/-, boAt Wave Astra 3 Smartwatch, 10 Grams Silver Coin, JBL Clip 5 Wireless Ultra-Portable Bluetooth Speaker, Smartphone (MRP up to ₹15,000/-), 1 Gram Gold Coin, LED TV (MRP up to ₹25,000/-) and EV Two-Wheeler (value up to ₹1,00,000/-), or such other gifts as may be determined under this Offer.
    • CNPL reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to substitute, replace, modify, withdraw, upgrade or provide an alternative gift, product, reward or benefit of equivalent or higher value in the event of unavailability of any gift or for operational, commercial or other reasons deemed appropriate by CNPL.
    • The gifts displayed in any promotional material, website, advertisement, communication or redemption portal are representative in nature and are subject to availability. Actual brand, model, colour, specifications and configuration may vary from those depicted.
    • In the event that any dispatched gift is returned, rejected, remains undelivered, is unclaimed, or cannot be successfully delivered for any reason whatsoever attributable or not attributable to the customer, CNPL shall have the right, but not the obligation, to re-dispatch such gift to the participating dealer's address. In such event, the customer shall collect the gift directly from the dealer. Neither the Company nor CNPL shall be responsible for any loss, delay, deterioration, non-delivery, additional costs or inconvenience arising therefrom.
    • In the event of any technical error, system failure, software malfunction, network disruption, website issue, data transmission failure or any other technical problem affecting participation in or redemption under this Offer, CNPL shall have the sole and absolute right to determine the appropriate corrective measures. The decision of CNPL in this regard shall be final and binding on all participants.
    • In the event of any discrepancy between the gift displayed on a website, application, promotional communication or redemption platform and the gift description specified in the valid voucher issued under this Offer, the description mentioned in the valid voucher shall prevail, subject always to Term 17.3 above.
    • All brand names, product names, logos, trademarks and other intellectual property rights appearing in connection with this Offer are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating any sponsorship, endorsement, approval, association, joint venture or affiliation between such owners and the Company or CNPL.
18. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi only, to the exclusion of all other courts.
